    So I'm 44 pretty good shape 6' 200lbs. Been working out steady. Ready to up the game. Getting BW done. Just dialing my diet and hitting a couple strength benchmarks. Want to be two wheeling everything. Well one wheels is okay on rows and overhead press. Don't want to stress my joints and surgically repaired ligaments and maniscus. Maybe lil more weight on legs and chest but not much. So I'm gonna hit 4-500 test e a week for ten-12 weeks. Gonna have AI on hand maybe Red Pct. Then run Pct clomid/nolvex.
