New Male Member! 24 yr old - Florida
I guess ill start off with a little background about myself Combat veteran, US Army. While in and my first year out (2014) i was 190 12% body fat. Gained massive amounts of weight between then and now. im at 250 lbs. i roughly started my road to working out and body building after my first year in the army (2010) i fucked up and ate like a pig lol now looking to lean down. beginner when it comes to cycles and what to take to get the best results. ive incorporated better eating habits. ive been on 1900 calorie diet for the past 2 weeks, 240 protein, 160 carbs and 90 fat. now i want to take it to the next level.
so far as my research goes ive looked into anavar and test. but i need more guidance as to how much to exactly take per each, what i need for post cycle and good reliable source. if anyone has more knowledge on this. it would be much appreciated.

Hello and thank you for your service. I'm also new to the forum but my first cycle included test-e and var. With a not so disciplined diet, i found that the combo worked well for me as far as gains. Leaning towards the same combo once i clean up my diet.

If your looking to lean out you may want to visit the diet section. Gear at a higher body fat comes with extra risk. Not sure where you are with that now but feel free to keep asking questions.

IMO your carbs and protein amounts should be switched. Also 1900 calories seems fairly high to diet seeing as you're natural.
My advice would be to take 3-4 days with carbs around 50g to deplete.
From there, I believe 1400cals 150p 100c (90 mins pre workout complex carb) 40f would yield 1-2lbs of fat loss per week.
I would eat 150p 300c 60f every 3rd or 4th day to maintain a solid metabolism with 0 fat gain.
On cycle the numbers change but nutrition is my stuff, feel free to pm me and good luck!
