    New member 18

    Hi guys. I'm an 18 year old guy from the UK. I have been lifting for 4 years but only dialed in on my diet over the last 6 months or so.
    I am here to gather as much information as possible. I have no intention of starting steroids for many years as I have been lurking on this board and realised that the risk may outweigh the benefits at age 20 or so. Just would like to say hi and nice to meet you all, I look forward to talking to you!
