    Hey Smackgodd and welcome mate!

First stop is diet and exercise. Need to get your bodyfat % down otherwise your blood levels will be through the roof (estrogen, cholesterol, blood pressure, cortisol, too many to list)

Can do it naturally or with some 'help'. If you're out of shape, then it will drop off quick and you'll have a good muscle foundation from carrying the excess weight around anyway.

I was 220lbs, 5'6" when I finished highschool so know how you feel mate. On the bright side, you're old enough to look towards using gear. Get yourself fit first, won't take long mate. I've found it easier to lose weight than to gain.

If you want to do hgh it definately wouldn't hurt but diet and exercise is going to be the real big difference makers at this point.

I know how you feel, but losing weight 'fast' actually fucks your body up. Messes with your metabolism internally, makes your skin turn to elastic externally.

Fun fact: I developed 'aerobic urticaria' from rapid weightloss. Anytime I shifted from different temperature environments caused me to break out in hives and feel like my blood was on fire.

Do you have a wedding? or some stupid landmark set in the future that all your goals are based on? if so, get rid of it. Focus on yourself and finding the best path to getting yourself to where you want to be.

You can do it 'faster' than most can with some assistance, but my suggestion is to do it whilst also building up muscle underneath.

    Welcome

How much time did it take you to take the extra weight? Expect the same time to lose it.

Of course you will only lose it if your diet and cardio are in check.
