    Hello Hope to Learn and Share

    Been lifting for 20 years. Got real serious about it then had a terrible vehicle accident in 2007. The fact that I was the size I was at the time helped save my life. I did end up in a chair for about 1.5 years though.
    So fast forward to today. I have been back lifting again for the last year. But now I am 10 years older and not working with the same body. I cycled back then and got too about 275 lbs. I now weight 235 but it's not the same quality. lol
    Thanks for having me and hope to learn from many of you vets and hopefully help some of you new to AAS.
