    Cool 25 Male First Cycle

    Hey Guys!

    I'm new to all this, and guidance and personal experience you can share is greatly appreciated. I'm 25, 5'9, 126lbs and workout five-six days a week. I'd like to add another 30lbs, doing some research i've read Dianabol is a very good oral for beginners. Then looking more into it, I also ran into issue with oral vs injectables. I guess my question is can anyone give me some guidance/experienced advice? Do I really benefit from just Dianabol? How would I counter act the side effects? Why wouldn't I do an injectable along with oral as some sites say to do as beginners? I appreciate you guys for reading this....okay....BYE!!

    Side effect of dianabol alone is your Test lowers and your dick cease to function

    So you say you are 5'9'', train 5-6 days a week, and weight only 126lbs?

    How many calories you stuff your mouth with every day? My nose smells something is off with your diet. If that's the case, no amount of AAS will help you achieve desired results.

    Thanks for the response!

    I eat for lean mass meaning 5 small meal a day with two cheat meals per week. My macros for each day are: 170g of protein, 300g of carbs, and 68-72g of fat. I have supplements but its all "basic stuff" if you will.

    Please don't take steroids . Your diet is the issue I promise. 126lbs is light even if you were female at 5'9. You need to learn to eat.

    At 5 9 and 126 I wouldn't worry about the lean bulking. It sounds like you are still undereating. Whatever you are eating now, add 500 calories. If the scale doesn't move for you... add 300 more. His should get you moving in the right direction. Good luck.
