It's way too early for you to cycle. You need a base to build on. There is a very good chance you will snap something and keeping those gains would likely be impossible with your newness to diet and training.

Time off= time on plus PCT, as a general idea. Only bloodwork will tell you if your body is ready.

Welcome. Not trying to burst your bubble, but if you cycled before and lost it all you're not ready. Diet and training are more important than what gear you take. It is only a tool, but you have to build your body.

Agree with the above advice. Time = time off....then blood work and go from there.

Welcome to the forum, Mohamed! Blood work is when you go to a doctor and they draw some of your blood and perform certain tests on it. Examples of some tests include: Complete Blood Count which detects a wide range of disorders in your body. Hormone Panel which checks the levels of hormone in your body. One very important hormone in males is Testosterone .
Research blood tests on your computer and learn all about them. Blood work is a very important part of using steroids ! Good luck!

Sorry for such a long delay in responding to your comment. But I just saw it. You're very welcome, NorCal. If I can help you in anyway just let me know.
