    Newbie here, Hi all

    Hi All,

    I have been lurking on this forum for a very long time and have been absolutely impressed by the kind folk here dishing out so much help for people like me to get fit. I thought now i the time for me to go and get fit, a bit late though, but still better late than never, right?

    Have been working out on and off for a few years but could never really get into the "groove" due to my kinda job (too much traveling, etc.) - just an excuse I know :-(

    I am overweight (80KG) at 175 cms, 37 yo and really need to get fit so here goes my very post by way of an intro. Thanks all and looking forward to a lot here...thanks again

    Yeah but some of us have been around for many years and we like to share our very knowledgeable database with others.
    Im Silabolin btw, Viking from the north. Guys call be Sil.

    Dont think too much about my description. It was me or them and i had to use some cheap shots.
