** How to Start a Thread (For New Members) **

We have seen some New Members having some trouble starting their own thread (new).

This is just a basic post on how to start a thread, so you can get the answers and help you are looking for.

Step 1,

As you can see from the picture above you will have all the sub forums in front of you.
So if you wanted to ask about PCT then you would click on that sub forum, if you wanted to ask a Question on say your cycle then you would click on the Q&A sub forum. Ok Next.

Step 2,

Ok so as you can see above we are in the Q&A sub forum, at the top left side there is a blue bar that says:

+POST NEW THREAD <-- click on this

Step 3,

Once you clicked the post new thread you will see the above pic.

Write your title, try and make it stand out we get flooded with threads.

Once you have wrote your title write your Question in the big box below, once ready click on the Submit New Thread Button at the bottom right.

I submitted a new thread the other day in “New Male Members” sub forum.
It was an intro with my stats and my current cycle and the reasons I’m on it.
I can’t find the thread anywhere. Any ideas?

Hi all nice to have a place like this to chat openly.
ok so here is my big question on a stack I’ve been told works great just want a second opinion
I’ve got sust 250 1ml Amps, deca 300, 10ml amp, primo 200 2ml amps, and anavar 50mg tablets.
So the stack goes like this:
Sust 250 1ml x3 per week
Deca 300 1ml per week
Primo 200 1ml eod
Anavar 50-80mg day
Stoping deca at week 10 keep everything else going to week 14
I have nolvodex for pct
And have hcg to run I have 5000iu how would you recommend I run that too
I’ve been working out for over 12 years and even though I have done several sust deca masteron winny combos ive had some good gains but the winny plays havoc with my kidneys so I’m dropping it out
My diet is poor at the moment but I’m working on that.
I’m 49 weigh 226lb about 16% body fat
What do you think guys does this sound good to you?
