    New But Old.

    Hi All,

    Vic here.

    I was on this board years ago when I was in my early 20s. Got a lot of great advice then - never got on anything and ended up leaving the gym and took up partying. Anyways have since made my way back to the iron city - to date have lost close to 100lbs and have done two comps mens physique and mens lightweight bodybuilding. Now in an offseason looking to compete later next year.

    Looking at using the knowledge on this board to assist me going forward.
