    Greetings from South America

    Hi, I am Ayrton from South America. I have been a long time lurker of this forum and decide to join to both ask for advice and share my experiences.

    I am a 39 years young male, with some cycle experience and currently on a blast and cruise. Lifting is my hobby, and I do it both for the enjoyment of beating my PRs and for esthetic purposes. I have two kids and a lovely woman that is also both a good gym and roid acomplice.
