    New member first cycle 💪

    Hello guys thanks for having me💪 a little bit about my self 25yo male from Sydney australia been training since Xmas last year so 7 monthz or so not long I know stats-
    Bw-105kg bf Is unknown
    Lifts
    Bench 125kg x1
    Squat 180kg x1
    Deadlift 205kgx1
    I'm going to be starting a cycle next week and thought it would be a good idea to talk to some like minded people really looking forward to chatting

    Thanks guys never trained before but iv3 always been naturally strong and relatively fit for my weight ill head over to the other threads to get some more info
