Nice to meet u all. I've come to this board many times popping the questions in my mind should I or shouldn't I. I finally did it. After 2 years of intense weight training I have hhit a plateau and my body says No MAS. Hope to contribute some.

welcome.....i just did the same. i've been watching the boards here for awhile and alot of these guys really seem to have quite a bit of knowledge. see ya around
