    Glad to be here

    Hey all,

    Been lifting off and on for a year getting serious now. Going to try some PH first and then after learning from you guys here on AR I will slowly and safely slip into the world of AS. Glad to be here there is so much good stuff here. Hope to start posting my workouts and my meals and supps. then my PH and eventually my AS cycles. Not a strength Coach yet but studying for my certification now. (CSCS from the NSCA).
