    Smile Intro

    It's good to be here. Just wanted to say hello & thanks for the AR site. I'm a newbie looking to take the next leap in body building. I'm looking to gain as much insight as possible before my first cycle. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Gmorning people just wanted every one to know glad to be here and that I look forward to sharing info any time been around it all long time and still hang with some of the senior old dogs out there and compare notes. And If I not sure of answer I am one with huge amount of resources to find out for you always like to challenge myself when it comes to over the counter and under the counter supplements.
