New to the site!!!
Hey! Obviously I'm new to the site. I'm a 36 year old guy who is really trying hard to get back into his old USMC shape. I got very lazy but have been motivated like a sonofabitch to get back in shape. I BALLOONED up to 420 and I've lost 100 lbs in the last 10 months so I'm down to 320. I was hoping that someone could give me some tips on fatburners while also trying to increasse muscle size and strength. My goal is to lose another 70 in the next 7 months so I could get down to 250 or less by June. I'm willing to do just about anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! The Doon Man

What does your current diet and workout look like?

Until the last couple of weeks it has been all cardio. As far as the diet it was low carbs/sugars and high protein. I have just started my lifting regimen which will be low weight but a ton of reps until I know that I'm ready to start a mass program.
