    newbie soaking it up

    hey,
    I'm a 31 year old father of one and one in the oven.
    5'10 190. just getting back at it. marriage and children can get you off track.
    done a lot of stuff in my life but very little a.s.
    This site is great and i appreciate everyone.

    been reviewing for a couple of days before i said hey,wanted to make sure the advise was worth it.


    just trying to make sure good stuff goes in so good stuff will come out.

    How old is your first born mart? Always happy to see new.................well.........faces I guess will still apply. hahahaha

    Newbie myself, but 48 and father of two big'ens.

    Hope you gather as much info as I have in the last few days. Most of the Vets seem to know their stuff and will help if you ask.
