Starting up. First timer

I've done quite a bit of reading but I would like some personal advise please.
I've been working out for 3 years 5 days a week. I'm 28 yrs old, 165 lbs at 5'10 with 12% bf.
My goal is to slowly put on solid mass that I'm going to keep, I want to stay lean but most importantly , least amount of side effect along with mass that will stay with me even if it is only 5 to 10 lbs.
I'm looking to do a cycle of Primo and Deca and finish of with HCG for about 10 weeks or what ever you guys recommend, if you can help me with the dosages according to my stats. thank in advance

You got any advice for a first time steriod user?

I am taking dianabol oral, 8 tablets a day first week then dropping the quantity to six next week. And i am running a eight week cycle.

But a simple test will only blow me up with a lot of water and when the cycle is over so are the muscles. I'm looking for a slow solid gain of 5 to 10 with in 6 months. Of a test e and deca cycle, what will stay with me after the cycle ? in average. thanks bro. glad to be here.

IMO....In that case bro I suggest no gear for you. You can get those gains on a good diet and supplements. Why even bother with AS? Pound some creatine, multi-vitamins, work on a protein and carb intake diet. Youre wasting time doing a cycle if thats all youre looking for. Seriously your looking to AS as a quick solution and an easy way out. Dont do it unless you are dedicated and committed. My 2 cents.
