    Stepping onto the dark path

    What's up fellas? Glad to join. I'm starting my first cycle of sustanon after years of working out and getting hardly any gains. I can honestly say I worked out real hard too--so I'm not looking for an easy way out. I'm not looking to be Mr. Universe, but I'm looking to gain some mass and to keep as much as I can after the cycle. I'm sure I sound like a "newbie" when I say this, but I'll need your help on how to do this without losing my own test production. Thanks
