iam training about 7 mounts now and i want to start a cycle of deca and debol.

iam 12an half stone,6ft3,i want to know if now is a good time
to start a cycle or will i wait a while longer,all tips would be helpfull

Welcome to AR charly. Im not sure what your post is saying but I can answer your dbol deca question. Its not a good idea with out test in there. Test is a good beginning cycle. Testoviron or enanthate same thing. Thats what I would suggest. Read up on the board and use the search button up top. Read and learn do the research.

Also, I would train longer before you consider using muscle enhancement drugs. I dont think 7 months of training is enough to max out your genetic potential and lifting experience before making that decision.

This is only my opinion.

WAIT! You certainly need more time in the gym and more time fixing your diet before you jump on gear.
As LMR said, Deca & D-bol is not the best thing to do.
