Hey Guys & Gals,
I am only a youngun (20) but have been dedicated to the gym since I was only 15. I just joined the forums today but I've been using your forums and this site as an endless source of info over the past year... great stuff. I've done 2 very small and careful cycles over the last year, and hope to make some more serious gains in the near future, (my new years resoulution is to gain 12kg this year!).
Thanks again guys, you've done my health a great many favours already. I hope with the research I've done elsewhere I can contribute some in return.
