    newbie help

    I have been lifting for a year nothing serious, i am ready to get serious, and i am new to supplements except creatine, i am only 5'4 about 130 and age is 21.My main goal is to bulk up first. Need all the advice i can get. Please remember i am new. i have heard good things about products at hcmuscle.com

    I would highly recommend you hitting the gym with a fervor. Get started eating like a madman, and taking in a ton of protien.

    I would not mess with those designer supplements just yet. Spend the money on quality protien.

    Eat big and get serious in the gym.

    Welcome, newbie to newbie! Swellins right on. The first two years I trained, I didnt grow or get any stronger. Started eating 50 grams of protein every 2.5-3 hrs, 300 grams per day total, 4000 total calories - worked out like a madman 2-3 days per week and didn't quit growing for about two years. Unfortunately, I took a 16 year layoff and didn't change diet...now I have a whole different problem, but thats another story...

    BTW There is no magic supplement. Train-eat-grow, then get up and do it again and again and again.
