    Hello everyone

    Today is a new begining for me. I quit drinking last night and now im ready to start hitting the weights again. Ive did extensive research on this site and I think I'm gonna go all natural for a good while before I get on the juice but its in the forseeable future. I'm 20 years old 5"11 180 with a with a pretty nice build for a guy who did nothing but get drunk every night for the last year. I'm gonna get some pics up for critiqueing to document my progress. Thanks everyone for all the usefull info.
