Hi i'm new and looking to start my first cycle...

Hi im Sam

i weigh about 240...not all fat but have plenty of it. My friends have talked to me about going on deca or winstrol for a while. They said that it will really help me shread the fat and then i might be in the shape i need to join the army. I was wondering what any of you would suggest i do for my first cycle. I have been working out for a good 6 weeks now (i stopped working out for months with a back injury. To get a better peek on what i look like and my size...Thanks

Welcome to AR.....just start reading and searching before you start any type of steriods..... many will tell you on the board if your diet and training is not 110% correct... steriods will not do anything for you, just a big waste of money!!!

welcome bro! my phisique was similar and all you need to do is eat clean,cardio for 45 min a day, alot of water, and alot of research. research is a must before you take any sort of a/s. dont be scared to ask questions no matter if you think its a dumb question. everybody is here to learn and help as much as possible. good luck bro and take care.
oh and also you can get all your nutrition needs from

say i took a 10 week cycle of DECA, eat good and worked out and did cardio regularly would i witness any result or just waste my money? Im not looking to do these huge stack of 10 different steroids i just want a drug that will kick my ass on the right path quick.

I would say skip the Deca until you are older and more educated about how to us AAS. You should be doing cardio every morning on an empty stomach and lifting weights 4-5 days every week. Do some research on diets.

Doing a Deca only cycle is a big mistake. Your very first cycle should be TEST. Deca will shut you down, and will then make you wonder why you can't get a hard on and you have NO sex drive. Deca should always be taken with some form of test.

Just about everyone on this board will tell you your first cycle should be TEST Enan or Test Cyp.

research both of them along with your Post cycle thearpy which is an absolute MUST!!!! (Clomid)

Oh yeah, Remember Steroids ARE NOT an easy solution to get big fast. Most guys on here lifted for years before jumping into the game. You can easily get bigger naturally with the proper diet.
