Out of the shadows for quick intro

Hey guys,

I've been lurking around AR for a couple of months now just ingesting as much tips and advice I could get from the members and vets.
Its great to see a forum where everyone jumps right in to help with answers to questions about lifting, cycling, or even personal like the stuff posted in the "Lounge".
I am personally getting back into the "iron game" after years of hiatus due to massive injuries during a car crash. But I can honestly say reading your posts and seeing your pics has inspired me to get off my fat ass and do my best to regain control over my body.
