Another Newbie looking for help

You've all read threads like this a million times but I feel better about doing it once I get a few more questions answered so here goes. I've been researching AS for the past 2 years and have considered using them many times but never have. I finally decided to pick up some gear and was thinking about getting QV Deca 300. I know this is a good beginner substance but I've been told by quite a few people that the first time is where you get your best results and that I should stack it with some kind of test. So now I'm debating whether or not to take it by itself which I know will give me good results or to add something in the mix. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, I've read that QV stuff can't be counterfeited, is this true? As I would imagine anything is possible and can be counterfeited. I also read a post on here about anaphalactic shock caused by steroids ,,how true is that and what are the chances of it actually happening? I would imagine very unlikely, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
