    Hello from a new memeber

    I have been viewing threads on AR for a while now. I must say that this is the most informative site on the net to assist and educate people about gear. i am a novice user and have experienced significant gains on my first two cycles when i started exactley 1 year ago. I statred at the same weight and BF % ironically. Well just thought i would introdyuce myself.
