A deca and winny cycle is good and follow it up with dbol for the post cycle is what I always do and I gain like 40 lbs of solid muscle.
Of course you have to take deca and winny at the same time cause the winny takes away the bloat from the deca making you lean and strong like a baby gorilla.

No, actually this kid IMed me. He found my sticky thread through a search and told me he was on 1-AD. hes 15. I told him he should come off of it, and he did. I told him he could come here to ask questions and learn up on things before just trying things that could risk his health. ex-****ing-scuse me for caring for someone elses wellbeing. I didnt know it was a crime on AR.
