    Question Need help with cycle

    Im 21, weigh 196, and am 6'2. I have taken a cycle of test 250 an gained about 15 lbs. I am about to start taking sustonen and winstrol and need to know the best way to cycle it threw a 8 week cycle, also any info on a good work out program is nice...im tired of mine and am not very happy with it, my goal is to be around 220 lbs...any info would be great... thank you
