    New guy here

    undefinedundefinedundefinedHello, I am new here to this forum. I am 33 years old 6'0 274 lbs from Glen Burnie , MD. My current Raw, drug free bench is 480lbs. My best is 500lbs at 293lbs. I am trying to loose weight while keeping strength. Has anyone out there had success in doing so??

    Those are some huge amounts for drug free. Reminds me of a guy from Saulsbury Maryland with the last name Henry, who was the strongest drug free guy in the late 80's. I think he may be on the juice now though for RAW.

    The only thing I can tell you on drug free is to get huge amounts of rest, and have a great diet of way high preotein, eating 6-8 times a day. You should also do some short intense cardio firrst thing when you wake up before you eat or drink anything. Then have a protein shake so you are feeding our muslces, but only using your stored fat to do the cardio.

    I am out of the US now for awhile, so I do not know if you are allowed to be consiederd drug free now if you are on the epehdra, aspiran and caffiene stack, but that is the best fat burner I can think of to help you.

    Obvioulsy, for drug free, you need to be on creatine too. Hope it helps, good luck bro....

    Just make sure you take in the proper amounts of protein while you try to lean up so your body targets the crap you want gone and not the muscles....
