    howdy

    i have been looking over AR for a few months, just been mildly interested. I used to be fat as hell, thank god for this site or i might would have started jucin when i was as fat as i was, im 19 and about 6' tall i used to weigh close to 265, but now im down to 215 in about 2months, did adkins and lost a hella weight, but also a hella muscle mass. bench went from 295 down to 235. Now that im down to a bit more decent of a weight, i just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know im going to start a proper cutting regiment before i even concider my first cycle. i know most of you wont advise starting this early but depending on how i feel i may or may not decide to juice it up until later. Most important i just want to cut up, my goal is to go from 215 to about 190 in 6weeks 25lbs shouldnt be that difficult. any links anybody knows off hand on cutting please post just incase i missed as i have researched quite a bit thanks alot and happy cutting/growing to whoever is doing wich
