    Hi, New to this..

    Hi everyone, just found this forum tonight. Glad to become a member.

    I have been working out for about a year, made some increadable gains.. but I feel that my arms are still too small and was wondering if I could stick to a program that I could work my arms 3x per week withount over-training, any advice?

    Welcome to AR. In my opinion 3x's per week would be over training. Possibly 2x's at most. Heavy one day and light training the following training day. Take it to the Workout forum.

    I agree with Luv. 2 times per week is plenty.
