    hey wats up im thinking of doing steriods (deca ) not to sure wat kind of stack and cycle i sud be doing and if you have any decent work out programmes can u email them to me [email protected]

    this is all new to me us irish are a bit behind the times what kind of a test sud i do eg. how much sud i take for first time how often and sud i stack anything else with my deca
