    Just joined - Hello everyone!

    Just joined tonight. Been lifting on an off for 25 years. I teach computer science at a small college and had become rather soft - spending way too much time writing code and too little time pushing wieghts.

    I've read some of your posts. Collectively you have quite a bit of experience with hardcore training and supplimentation.

    I promise to try to direct my questions to the right forums and be polite to all.
