yeah bro diet and cardio.. and a ECA stack if you must.. check out the diet forum for a ton of great advice..
Former pitcher here as well, I iknow you are probably running your a$$ off now, but if you are trying to lose weight, maybe check with the Clen, that stuff if legit. Check the clen handbook and you will be fine
