    sup guys! any advice? new member

    sup everyone, i am 5'9 155lbs Im at the gym 4-5 day a week, i know my way around pretty well.I needed some info and advice about steroids and about growth. I have a well balanced diet but i know the is a lot of room for improvment. You guys probly get these questions all the time.....I can not gain weight what should i do... But really i cant. I push my self harder and harder every day at the gym and it seems that im getting no where. Im taking some creatine and still do not swell up after a hard workout. I been thinking about steroids for a while now, i just started researching it out and finding as much info about steroids as i can. I dont know where to start or if i shouldent start at all. I have a question about growth? I 18 and dont know if im will grow anymore. I have been this same size since 10th grade. Is it posible to hit a late growth spirt? And do steroids effect growth at all. I appricate any advice givin to me. I just want to learn what to do and not to do before anything. I will try to post pics asap. Thx everyone! jdm az

    At 18,you have plenty of time to research,get a solid diet down.Good training program.By that time you'll be in your early 20's and can start thinking about AS.

    Welcome to AR. DaBull is correct as usual on the age issue and doing AS. You still have growing to do and doing AS might affect any genetic spurts of growth you still have. In my opinion spend time researching cycles, dieting, and perfecting your training until 20 or 21 then cycle. Bring the cycle here and post it up for a crititque. Any member with knowledge on cycling will help you put it together for you.

    Stick around and learn from us and read up on posts to any question you have. Utilize the search button up top and type in key words you would like to study about.

    Creatine should be doing wonders for you. Try Creatine Stack. Use up to 6-8 capsules daily. Mainly within 20minutes after your work out along with a good protein and simple carb drink for transport and insulin .
