Need Some Help!!
okay guys, ive been deciding if i should of should take roids. i think im not going to just yet, maybe wait another year, im only 19. but mine question is...what can i take to make me gain the most weight and muscle. i heard cell tech is pretty good, but i know there has to a pill or something better. i heard that the growth factor 1 works well, but ya i dont know for sure. well let me know what ya think. i workout 4 times a week, hard worksout and eat tons, and im drinking protein all the time...appreciate the help, Jason

Cell tech is a great product. Creatine and protein combined :lift: with a good diet are going to be the best things you can do for yourself right now. As for a pill, the problem with pills is in order to get enough nutrients or whatever it is into a pill it would have to almost be gigantic. Stay natural for now and just get your diet in check and research so when you are ready you'll be fully prepared. Good luck and oh, welcome to AR. :bcool:

at 19 your a bit young bro.. you might want to wait till your like 22 and try to peak naturaly while then.. check out the diet forum for some great bulk advices and see how that works out for you prior to sticking a needle..

Welcome to AR! Worked good for me using cell tech and alot of protein my first years in the gym. While you work your gains up on creatine and protein just read and learn about roids and when you are old enough and you know that you are ready you will be educated enough to do it right, safe and will get good results. welcome, cell tech is a waste imo, get your diet clear and cordinated, plan your workouts correctly and effectivly and learn as much as u can for when u start using..
