Hey everyone. I just found this site recently because ive been trying to gain alot of mass for the past 2 years. Ive tryed almost all the products at GNC but nothing has worked for me. The most ive gained is 20 lbs of fat from their Mega Weight Gainer 2200 Gold. So I guess I am askin if there is something I could take, bein 16, that could make my gains take off. Thank you. :lift:

Need to agree! Meanwhile I was younger than you when I start using supplement... Stick to Prots until a year or two... But there's better prots to get out there do some research and you'll find out what you need.Quote:
