If I were to try a good ovc legal steriod do any of them really work and is it really pricey to buy...whats a good product that someone might have experience with. I might just hold out until something comes along however if something is worth trying I will consider. Also if I am trying to gain natural and Im 180 POUNDS 5"9 what should be my protien and calorie intake I ve heard different things but anyone have a good Idea? I was also going to try Animal stack anyone use that ?

In my opinion, legal steroids are bunk. Wouldn't waste the money. All you will get are the side affects of a real steroid and an empty pocket. Save your money for the real deal. As for dieting. Take it to the diet forum and ask for SwoleCat. He is the diet guru in there. Good to see you are going to max out your natural potential first and master the diet and training first before you resort to steroids . Keep up the good work bro. PM me if necessary.
