I'm a new member
Hey there i'm a new member. I'm afraid im a power lifter not a body builder though. Lets face it we all have to work our arses off all year round its just we don't have to diet as much.
I've been training for a few years now. I'm only in the 75's but i'm trying to move up to the 82's at the mo. It's just ****ing hard work.
Any help on diet plans would be of great use (not just eat more i hear that all the time) just what types of food when and how much.
Thanks
