    Newbie

    Hi everyone, I am 20 years old and have been training for 2 years and have just started my first course 10 days in to it , sustanon and deca 1 shot every week how much can I expect to gain? And when will the gear kick in?

    Another thing when you inject should you pull back the plunger to see for blood? what happens if you do not?

    How much Sust and Deca ? What are your stats, and your nutritional intake?
    Yes, inject the pin and "Aspirate " (pull the syringe back a bit)
    Sounds like you should be doin a little more research before you get into your cycle too far. The more you know the better your gains.

    What happens if you don't aspirate ? You may inject into a vein, and believe me, the consequences could be disastrous.
