    A heartfelt thank you to this website

    Just started posting here, after reading on the advice for about a year now. Started following the guides and ideas I read about because of how unhappy I was with myself. At 19 I was about 380 6'4" and not in any kind of good way. Like I said, with the advice of the people on this board, its now about a year sicne I started reading here and am at 230lbs playing semi pro football in Mass. The losses and gains I got from here have changed my life. So a thank you to anyone who posted anything I found useful :-P. Anyhow, thats my story
