    Backwoods Missouri here[B][/B]

    Hello everyone I just got out of the military and came back to good ole Missouri. The gym in my town has everything that I need, but lack of hardcore types, or just a reliable type for that matter, there is never a soul in there which most of the time I think is great until I need a spot. If anyone workout's in Powerhouse or Gold's in St. Louis let me know, I would like a good training partner.

    Hmm, I have read them. I don't recall anything against asking for a training partner. But thanks for the heads up, I'll check again, and if I broke the rules I'll delete the thread.

    No, I think he really is looking for a training partner,I think by hardcore he means someone seriously into lifting. I may be wrong, but I don't think so.
