    New member looking for WISE ADVISE

    hello all i'm new to this site and looking for some advise, information. I'm 6'0 142lbs and trying to put weight and size on. any advise on what products would be a good starting point would be greatly appreciated.

    ive had a few suggestions so far and nothing has lead to any difference. im currently trying weight gainer 2200 gold, creadrive, and animal packs original .

    thats the thing i really dont have a diet yet, i pretty much eat whatever i can when i can. ive been asking around trying to get a good diet that i can start doing and see if that helps.... i eat alot of bread for carbs and try to eat pasta's and noodles but dont happen alot

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training
