    Just starting out....

Hi, guys. I'm 65; work out daily and am in OK shape for the + average person, 5'6, 154, but I'm here because I want more. Health is excellent.

When I started reading the material at this site, it was a little overwhelming. So many different regimens, PCT, etc.

What I'd like to know is this: can someone, especially someone like myself, start on a regimen so the improvement is not overwhelming. As much as I would like to be able to compete, that's not going to happen and I need to be realistic. Is there such a thing as a "mild" steroid course? And do I need to maintain the regimen forever?

Thanks. I hope these questions aren't too out of left field.

    RON

Sounds like you and I are in the same boat, I'm only 45 but recovering from shoulder surgery and can't seem to gain any strength or muscle back.
