New member introduction.
Hi forum. Some stats and info below.
Age: 24
Weight: 170lbs
Height: 5'10"
BF%:<10
Lifting experience: 4 years
Cycle experience: none
I lift twice a day Mon-Fri, and once a day Sat and Sun. Power snatches and power cleans followed by conditioning sled work from 11:30 am to about 12:30 pm Mon-Fri. In the evening I alternate days of upper body pressing and assistance with Squats and Deads 7 days a week. Main focus is on becoming stronger, much more powerful, with slow yet steady muscle-only gains. Diet is 3200-3500 cals a day. I am not a BB, PL or an Oly Lifter, I just kind of want to be all around decent in each of those forms of lifting while being pound for pound as strong and explosive as possible. IE perform and lift like a 200lbs athlete while only being about 180lbs. It may be an unusual goal but thats what I am after right now. Look forward to learning a lot from the users of this site.
