    Another Canadian Newbie

    Hey!
long time lurker, first time poster. I appreciate the info that everyone posts on the site, for the most part everyone seems helpful and willing to share their experiences. Im a 30 year old guy worked my way down from 375 to 230 and for the past while seams I have tapered out. I have a little bit of belly fat left, but i also have gained quite a bit of muscle mass. So im thinking of taking the next step and gathering info and looking forward to my first cycle.

I look forward to being part of the community and any suggestions are more then welcome.

    Welcome!

Yeah, I'm preparing for my first cycle as well, but I'm getting my diet together and learning whats going to best for my goals. Its daunting with the sheer amount of information out there but its only for the best. Again, welcome to the club.

    Welcome hay bro,
I am a nubie too and love this site, advice and rotation of info is awesome here. You will love it.

Set up a goal for you. Where u wanna be. What stats you looking to achieve, reallistically the chemicals should only be the part of a bigger picture, I would build up a pic and educate myself. Hitting a plateau can be reversed by modifying training regime and altering diet. I had the same problem but I took care of it.
Again welcome on board and have fun.

Thanks for all the responses! much appreciated... i generally workout 3 times a day 30- 45 min at a time (one in the morning afternoon and evening, the evening one consists of mainly 20 min of cardio) Im trying to clean up my diet to make it cleaner. ill try alternating my work out a bit and hopefully that clears things up... but after doing this for 5 years and getting some decent results trying out a cycle of Dianabol as that seems to be the most readily available to me, and if it works out trying Cypionate or Enanthate . Thanks again everyone
