    getting back into the gym

    So here i am coming back to my long lost friend the gym and his buddy nutrition. It has been about two years and 30% muscle strength loss later that i found myself disgusted with what i call my body. So now its read read read for the next six months to get to a lean muscular build and by that time soak in enough knowledge for my first sustanon stack. So ill have to be about 210lbs with 10% bodyfat until i can justify doing it.im 5'9 so that is considered my natural maximum muscle size. So hi all and thanks for letting me join the site.
