    Need help with PCT

    Hi, first off I am completely new to steroids and I have a few basic questions.
    I will be picking up my first cycle of test Cyp this Friday and I am a little nervous.

    1) Is 500mg per week a good dosage? What days should I take it?
    2) I will be using novedex as my PCT. When do I start taking this? During the cycle or after?

    I am 5'9 163lbs. I am not sure of my body fat percentage, but I would assume low because I am naturally thin. I train 4 days per week and I try to eat as healthy as possible.

    I have been working out for about 1-2 years. I have a very hard time getting results due to my genetic size, so I am hopeing this will give me a good base to start with. ANy help is greatly appreciated.

    Post up your diet with macros in the diet section for starters. Will get some good advice there then post your AAS questions in the appropriate forum. You definately came to the right place.
