    TO Represent :D

    Hey all,
    Anyone gain hardcore like me this summer? Quite smoking and hand ankle surgery this spring which laid me out for the summer. While I did enjoy eating BBQ steak, potatoes and what ever else I could fit on the BBQ spashed with beer daily :< , I gained a hell of alot of weight

    Just figured I would join up and start learning about proper cycles and what not since I just got back to the gym. Hope to gain a lot of information and meet some fellow lifters to pump out those reps get back down to my sexy self by this summer.

    6'6" 301lbs >.< I have a beer gut now and its gross >.< I have put on over 60 lbs this summer. :[ I am not worried, Ill burn it off but yea. I got fat ;/
    I was a pretty active guy before, lots of BJJ and Muay thai. I am out of shape atm but a month or 2 i'll be back in the scene.

    If you have put on 60 lbs and in assuming none of it is muscle lol if I were in your shoes I would focus on dieting and cutting as much fat as possible. I'd recommend to drop to at least 15% bf before ever thinking about aas. You're essentially going to have to start over. I have recently, we'll I say recently, it's been about a year now since I've gone through the same thing as you. But there is TONS of info on here pertaining to workouts, motivation, diet, and of course aas. There is so much to learn, so much! How old are you? <---nvm I answered my own question lol

    Yea I am just starting off, I am just looking for info mainly. I can't learn everything in a day, but I like to mingle and what not. Gives me something to do on my rest days. Just got my supp stacks and doing the whole chicken, broccoli thing, turkey breast etc. Ill drop the weight fast (I hope). Saw a few pretty big boys at the gym today they weren't like Ronnie Goldman big but they were pretty stacked. I liked the look and headed here to start learning about it, so when that times arrives I will be good to go. I am probably still 6 months away though.

    Currently doing a strength trainer for 12 weeks, then going on a cut or so I assume I should be >.< I guess I will learn more as time goes on.

    I was going to run Yohimbe too. Sadly it is illegal in Canada, you can own it but you cannot sell it. I am at a comfortable place anyways I think I will do fine as it is.
